Ticket Terms and Transport Conditions
These conditions govern ferry tickets sold by ANTAHKARANA IBIZA S.L. for the Ibiza–Formentera route.
1. Seller and carrier
The ticket seller is ANTAHKARANA IBIZA S.L., NIF B44935211. The maritime journey is performed by the carrier stated on the booking confirmation and is also subject to that carrier’s transport conditions.
2. Open tickets
Open tickets are valid for an available covered departure on the selected date. They do not reserve a guaranteed seat on a specific time unless expressly confirmed. Boarding remains subject to capacity and operational conditions.
3. Boarding
Passengers should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure with the original QR boarding pass and a valid identity document for each passenger.
4. Luggage, bicycles and pets
Standard luggage is included. Bicycles and pets are accepted according to available space, safety requirements and the carrier’s current rules.
5. Changes and cancellations
Change and refund rights depend on the purchased fare and carrier conditions. For cancellations caused by weather or operations, the carrier’s assistance and re-routing rules apply.
6. Payment and ticket delivery
Payment is processed securely through Redsys. Tickets are sent to the email entered by the customer, who is responsible for checking that address before payment.
